Je nach Konfiguration kommt der Senyo 620 mit Celeron- oder Core-2-Duo-CPU von Intel. Ihr stehen 2 GByte DDR2-RAM und eine 160-GByte-Festplatte zur Seite. Die Preise beginnen bei 475 respektive 700 Euro.


Transtec hat mit dem Senyo 620 einen 16,5 mal 16,5 mal 5 Zentimeter groben und 1,45 Kilogramm schweren Mini-PC vorgestellt. Der Nachfolger des Senyo 610 verbraucht nach Herstellerangaben unter Volllast maximal 40 Watt. Das Betriebsgerausch soll 21 Dezibel nicht übersteigen.


In dem aus gebürstetem Aluminium gefertigten Gehause arbeitet je nach Modell ein Intel-Celeron-Prozessor der Reihe 585 (2,16 GHz, 667 MHz Frontsidebus, 1 MByte L2-Cache) oder eine Core-2-Duo-CPU der Serie T8300 (2,4 GHz, 800 MHz Frontsidebus, 3 MByte L2-Cache). Der 2 GByte grobe Arbeitsspeicher lasst sich auf maximal 4 GByte erweitern. Als Massenspeicher dient eine 160 GByte grobe SATA-Festplatte.


Zur weiteren Ausstattung zahlen ein Dual-Layer-DVD-Brenner und Gigabit-Ethernet. WLAN (802.11a/g/n) und Bluetooth sind optional erhaltlich. Als Grafiklosung kommt der im GM45-Express-Chipsatz integrierte Graphics Media Accelerator 4500 MHD zum Einsatz. Ein Betriebssystem ist nicht vorinstalliert, Kaufer konnen aber Windows 7, Vista oder XP hinzubestellen.


An Anschlüssen sind sechs USB-Ports, eine eSATA-Schnittstelle sowie je ein DVI- und HDMI-Ausgang vorhanden. Per VESA-Halterung lasst sich der Mini-PC auch an der Rückseite eines Flachbildschirms anbringen.


Mit Celeron-Prozessor kostet der Senyo 620 (SY620CA45-A) in der Basiskonfiguration 475 Euro. Die Core-2-Duo-Variante (SY620TA45-A) gibt es ab 700 Euro. Transtec gewahrt auf die Mini-PCs zwei Jahre Garantie.
