CeBIT: Acer announces Netbook with Intel ULV-based

The Aspire One 752 uses a 1.3 GHz Celeron CPU and 2 GB of DDR2 RAM. It features a 11.6-inch display with LED backlight. The battery life of up to six hours.

Acer presents at the CeBIT in Hanover (Hall 15, Stand F20) a netbook based on Intel's Ultra-Low-voltage technology. The Aspire One 752 is equipped with a 11.6-inch display with LED backlight, which offers a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels.

The Netbook uses a 1.3 GHz Celeron processor ULV 743 (800MHz front side bus, 1MB L2 Cache). He 2GB DDR2-667 RAM standing to the side. As a graphic solution comes in the GS45 Express chipset integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD used. The hard disk capacity is depending on the model up to 500 GByte.

Other facilities include Gigabit Ethernet, WLAN 802.11b/g/n (), Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, a VGA webcam with microphone and a multi-gesture touchpad. Optional Acer offers in a UMTS module of Huawei. For connecting peripherals with three USB ports, and each one VGA and HDMI port are available. The operating system is the 64-bit version of Windows 7 Home Premium.

The Aspire One 752 measures 28.5 times 20.4 times 2.2 inches and weighs 1.4 kilograms, according to the manufacturer. The duration of the built six-cell battery with 4400 mAh for Acer with up to six hours. The device appears in the colors "Black Diamond", "Sapphire Blue", "ruby red" and "Seemuschelweib. For pricing and availability Acer has provided no information.
